
Is it likely that I'll reach a point where I can lift more weight machines allow it?
I am a woman over 40 years and has recently started to practice using weight machines at the gym. I have made considerable progress in the amount I can raise in just three months. It seems to me that if I continued at this pace, moving down that PEG every two weeks, I would eventually reach the bottom and then there would no way to add more weight. Now I know what happens to people sometimes, but they have all that testosterone and muscle mass. Given my age and sex, is it likely to achieve the maximum weight on these machines?
Yes, it is likely that you'll just have to change to a bigger machine then Freeweight or lift more weight on them
