Ibanez Digital Auto Tuner – flashing light dish?

I turned on the tuner, and the light that flashes when the note is too low kept flashing, even before I played a string. I'm a string, and nothing has changed, light kept flashing. Shake thinking that it was flat … but no change. The light keeps blinking dish about every 2 seconds no matter what channel I play and no matter how much I tighten. How do I install a dual head unit in my car without a wiring harness?

I bought a stereo double used, and it did not come with a wiring harness, I can not find a replacement anywhere, and I do not know that the wiring configuration.
