Stand Mic

I remember my mother repeatedly commenting on the music "these kids play now" and how she could not understand a single word they said. There is some validity to it because the singers today are usually less well trained than those of yesteryear. Anyone who looks good and has a good chorus can be noticed today, but in the past, you had to go through years of schooling in the techniques voice before obtaining the time in any studio. A singer was how to sing clearly before they got a microphone.

If you want to sing, whether to live or simply for your own entertainment, you still need to sing in a clear voice. It is often one of the parties most neglected of singing, and yet as important as height or breath control. Without knowing how to formulate your words correctly, we do not understand.

The first part of the song is clearly to keep right when you sing. I know, like a rock singer, you may want to Grab That Swing microphone around, poses, but if you want not right, you'll be next to some of the power you need to leave your diaphragm.

Secondly, If you want to learn to sing clearly, listen to people who already do. You will see that attention to each and every word, and ensure that they are pronouncing the syllables to someone who was new to the language could understand. They are not words mangle, just to make them rhyme!

You can learn to sing better, but it takes time, and as a rock singer, the time spent learning can really pay off. Pay close attention to details and you will become a much better singer.

How can I tell my teacher that I film epilepsy?

I recently received a diagnosis of epilepsy After a series of complex partial seizures (I blank out for about 10 seconds to 30 times a day) I am a film student if means I have to treat these devices as lighting, boom microphones and cameras. I have no idea how I'm supposed to this issue with my teacher. It is a really nice guy, but I still do not know how to say.

I see him in his office and just tell him. He wanted to know what to do if you had a crisis and, I'm sure he could eliminate some of the most dangerous for you. And I am sure you want him to know as well that it would make you feel safer just in case something happened. Be safe.

I just made an open mic for stand up comedy, my routine and did not get the laughs I thought it would?

of so I should kill all these materials, or simply do elsewhere? I was told that the microphones are not a good way to judge your hardware, because the public is nothing but comedians, worried about their routine. So what do I do? PS: I laughed, but not the whole show.

Awee, I'm really sorry to hear that you do not have a lot of laughs. I hope you're not too upset about it. (I do not think you should get rid of all materials. Are there any jokes that you think actually are not as big or it could be a better joke in this place? Also, if you remember that those who do not want lots of laughter, you can re-evaluate and see if you really like 'em and want to or if we could somehow make them funnier. : D

Microphone help?

Hi, I would like to record my own music and for the past few months ive been using my logitech headset as my mic lol I have connected to the boom microphone in front of my Amp using Mixcraft. I was wondering if there were any of those microphones that can chant normal plug into the microphone port on the computer

You can use the microphone of your choice after all. Just having the correct cable. Most song pro microphones (Shure SM-58, etc.) are equipped with an XLR connection. If you are entering the CMI to the soundcard of your computer, you will need a XLR to 1 / 8 "cable.
