How can you use the key "setting on a chromatic tuner for guitar?
I never really learned music, I took the guitar using tabs on the Internet and could not Tell Ya what any agreement looks as if you had asked me to play a letter. I recently received a chromatic tuner, a Seiko SAT 500, and it has a setting called key, and I have no idea what is. The 4 parameters are Bb, F, Eb, and C. Can you tell me what is it?
Your tuner is a tuner universal type, ie it may is used to resolve any type of instrument. To tune your guitar, you'll always want to make sure that is in the "C" mode. There Other instruments, such as band instruments that are "transposed to listen." It's like a clarinet in Bb, and Eb alto saxophone, etc. The other parameters of your tuner is for these instruments. The transposition is to do with how music is written on scores for these instruments. Without transposing the notes would not fit into the standard structure of sheet music. Transposition musical makes more comfortable to read and write. I also have one of Seikos and find that it is a fine tuner … You may want to click on this link and read more about the implementation .. http://store.musicbasics.com/trantunforwi.html
