Circular motion requires angular acceleration perpendicular to the direction of travel. A car going around in a circle is constantly accelerating inwards towards the center of the circle. If not for the acceleration the car would go in a straight line.

Why are trees growing on the roadside and lean towards the road even if the other side is large?

This is noticed more when you travel on the roads. The trees spread their branches forming arc on the road even if there is enough space and sunlight on the other side (the other side of the road).
