What do you learn in Wushu (martial arts)?

I want to learn how to do a backflip, Butterfly Twist, etc.. Did you learn that in Wushu? If yes, what else you need to learn Wushu. If not, what should I do to learn this stuff. Thank you. Top notes of best response.

Modern wushu is composed of two disciplines: Taolu and Sanda. Taolu forms are similar to gymnastics and involve martial art patterns and maneuvers for which competitors are judged and given points according to specific rules. The forms comprise basic movements (positions, kicking, punching, balances, jumps, sweeps and throws) based on aggregate categories traditional Chinese style of martial arts and can be changed for competitions to highlight strengths of person. Competitive forms have time limits which can vary from 1 minute, 20 seconds for some external styles to over five minutes for internal styles. Modern wushu competitors are increasingly training in aerial techniques such as 540 and 720 degree jumps and kicks to add more difficulty and style to their forms. Sanda (Sanshou or sometimes called Lei Tai) is a modern fighting method and sport influenced by traditional Chinese boxing, methods Anti-Chinese called Shuai Chiao and other Chinese-taking techniques such as Qin Na. It has all aspects of the fight against wushu. Sanda appears much like kickboxing or Muay Thai, but includes much more technical face. Sanda fighting competitions are often held in margin or competitions Taolu form. If you are not really want to learn a martial art form, then gymnastics / acrobatics may be the best route to go.

Research books Hindi Bollywood Music / Songs?

My 7-year-old has been learning the piano since age four. She can do some sightreading and can play the beginner / inetrmediate level. Can anyone tell me some places where I can get hindi (Bollywood) Songs music so that it can read and play and we can enjoy more and really know where she stands. We can buy it or anything is freely available (web site) will be great help too.

I too have searched books Bollywood music, but have not really been able to find something. I came across this site, however: sheetmelodies.com It has a variety of scores of Hindi films available for online purchase. I am not sure of the difficulty of the songs, however, because I have never bought sheets there.
