IntelliTouch PT1 is a good guitar tuner?
I have a little Korg tuner, it works well, but I can not do normally tuning on it. i cannot do any other tuning like drop d! I also have the tuner my boss me-50, works very well. I can do all kinds of tuning. However, the Korg tuners and boss tune a little different. i dont know who is right but the boss tuner tunes higher than the Korg, or to grip. I saw this one IntelliTouch that the air using vibration rather than sound. But is it reliable? only for a better tuning? Can work IntelliTouch different tunings like drop d?
It's the best tuner on the market in my opinion. I used one for years and so most of my friends guitar. I use it exclusively on my sound, but I think it is equally effective on electric. The main advantage is that you can use it no matter how noisy the environment, since, as you pointed out it uses vibration. It is easy to use, accurate, and yes, you can use for tuning down since it is fully chromatic. It is not cheap but it's worth every penny. Go for it.
