What charges would be filed in such cases?
A student who goes to my university has been robbed and beaten at home when walking from a party early this weekend. He has been in hospital in critical condition and later died of his injuries. His assailants were charged with criminal assault. Why not murder?
The cops are stupid, they must obtain at least 2T degree murder.
