Is it possible to print an image from a video clip from digital camera?
How do I get a jpg or bmp image from a Windows Media Player video, taken on my digital camera? I'd like to print a still a Digital Video Holiday. Hey, guys Thanks! for your help! Suggestion Jon worked first time, I did not even know I had this program on the PC! Cheers, Kaz x
Probably the easiest way is to use Windows Movie Maker. Import the WMV file and drag it to the band of time. Make sure you have the preview window appears. Hit play on the preview window and pause the image you want to keep. (You can move forward and backward one frame at a time with the buttons below the preview window). When you have the image you want, take a look in the preview pane on the right. There is a button to split the movie at that frame in the two clips and another to take a snapshot. Hit that, and hey Presto, save your file in the format you want.
